Cheri Jackson works in the Milton-Freewater branch, where she has been a Bisnett team member for 19 of her 25 years as an agent. She and her husband of 21 years reside in Weston, Oregon, where they are the proud grandparents of 13. She enjoys boating, camping, fishing and hunting, and is active in the community, serving as a Volunteer judge for ACTHA (trail horse association) and as a member of Weston McEwen Lions Club. Julie Maher works in the Milton-Freewater branch; A former Bisnett team member for 13 years, she returned to our staff in 2011. She resides in Pendleton. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, photography, and spending time with friends and family. She is a graduate of the Pendleton Leadership Class and stays active in the community by volunteering in her son's classes and sports leagues.

Larry Nafziger works in the Milton-Freewater branch, where he has been a Bisnett agent for 30 years. He earned an Associate of Science Degree in Air Traffic Control from Green River Community College, and also studied at San Diego Christian College. He spent three years in the US Army – Air Traffic Control which led to earning his pilot’s license and a short stint as a controller with the FAA. He now resides in the Milton-Freewater area with his wife Barbara. He has a son, a daughter, and two-step daughters. He enjoys carpentry, backpacking trips, photography, gardening and outdoor activities. He currently serves on the Umatilla County Budget Committee and is involved in his church; he is a prior school board member, Rotary Club & chamber of commerce board member.

Teresa L. Steele works in the Milton-Freewater branch, where she has been a Bisnett agent for 6 years. She is the proud mother of 5 children (Sean, Kaitlin, Madison, Alex and Dylan), and grandmother of one (Kylie); she resides with her two youngest children (Alex and Dylan) in Milton-Freewater. Though school functions and sporting events don’t allow much free time, she enjoys a good movie or (weather permitting) working in the yard. She is also involved in coordinating school and AAU sporting events and fundraisers.
